Made with 100% dates only there is close to 1 kilogram of dates in each jar, the syrup is luxuriously silky.

However, if you have date syrup in your kitchen, you can make much more than just desserts and cakes. There is a formula to use date syrup instead of sugar in different recipes. For each one cup of sugar in a recipe, add ¾ cup date syrup and less liquid. By following this formula, you can make unlimited delicious dishes and desserts.
